CDA Loans are available throughout Prince George's County, MD.  However, in certain targeted geographical areas the home buyer does not have to be a first-time homebuyer.

The income requirements for a CDA loan in PG County are based on the size of the household:

For households with 1 or 2 people the limit is $124,200.

For households with 3 or more people the limit is $144,900.

Purchase price limits in PG County are $429,620 in non-target areas and $525,091 in target areas (listed above).
